Invalid output from server

I am the owner of a group with two other colleagues. One of the colleagues (username trl) has been having trouble sycing to our group library. We have followed these instructions http://www.zotero.org/support/kb/sync_queuing as syncing has taken hours. They received this error message today while trying to sync (still cannot see the group library in zotero but can when logged in via the zotero website): Invalid output from server (Report ID: 9e6eaf8b5f)

The report ID is 380926837

any advice on how to get the group library to show up in Zotero and sync.
