I am trying to include a citation in a word document and I couldn't´. I got this error message: Report ID: 184436045, and so I am posting it in here. I closed the word document, try it again and the same error appeared.

PLEASE HELP!

Have you tried restarting your computer? If that doesn't work, have you followed these steps?

It also appears: Zotero experienced an error updating your document.
