Word 2007 Plugin there but not functional

I'm new to Zotero. I had some trouble installing the plugin for Word 2007 but finally got it to show up. However, when I click on the buttons nothing happens. No error message, no functionality. I also can't drag-and-drop from Zotero into Word or anywhere else (e.g. gmail). Shift+dragging works fine, though the font is always Times New Roman and never the default template font I have set in Word. I'm running Windows 7 64-bit, and have a Hebrew Language Pack installed for MS Office.

    I'm having the same issue with exactly same specs -- Zotero is unresponsive. However, I've been using Zotero already for 1+ year but problem started recently, perhaps after yesterday's (Aug 10, 2011) Windows 7 Update (64-bit) with many language packages, including Hebrew. Tried everything except for rebooting.

    Uninstalling (and reinstalling) the add-in + rebooting worked. Probably both things helped.
