    Can anyone help me?
not unless you take the time to provide some more detail. Which site are you saving from, where are you looking for the saved document, what are you seeing/not seeing etc. - remember that a) Zotero in general is working so "Zotero doesn't work" isn't a problem everyone has and b) we can't see nor guess what's happening on your screen.
  • Thanks. On the screen nothing happens. And that's the problem. Access to academic research sites and click on the option save to Zotero is enabled but the file information are not transferred to zotero.

Please don't start new threads for the same issue. And you're still not providing enough information. When reporting errors saving from sites—if that's even what you're reporting, which isn't even clear from your descriptions—you need to provide example URLs. Just saying "academic research sites" isn't helpful.
  • but just to take a wild guess - are you looking at your Zotero library online (i.e. by clicking on "My Library" on the top left of this site) or at your local library (by clicking on the ZOTERO logo on the bottom right of your browser)? Only the latter will work.
  • For example, I acess " http://www.scielo.br/cgi-bin/wxis.exe/iah/ ", and selected documents are not directed to the Zotero library, although this is available at the time of the search.
  • yes, that site seems to fail without displaying an open error.
In the error report I get the error
[JavaScript Error: "syntax error" {file: "http://www.scielo.br/scieloOrg/php/articleXML.php?pid=S0102-33062009000400025" line: 1 column: 1 source: "invalid parameter lang"}]

    Report ID is: 1113734121

    (search string: Go here:
    http://www.scielo.br/scielo.php?script=sci_serial&pid=0102-3306&lng=en&nrm=iso
and search for "flower" in Title)

For future reference - that' s the type of information we need for an error report to be helpful.
  • Looks like the site changed and the XML request now needs '&lang=en' appended to the URL.
  • Etiene: And to be clear, this error is specific to SciELO. Any issues you're having on other sites are unrelated.
  • I had the same problem.
In Scielo it's not possible to save any search done.
