Upgrade StorageSyncing Annotations
I am sure I am not the first to wish to see syncing annotations. For me,t his is about being able to collaborate with others. Let's say I am looking at a file and I need to annotate one part. Tags don't tell you where to go on the page.
So, in my dream of syncing, it would sync to a group library also so that others in group could see annotations.
