Cannot get my pdf with my citation

Whenever I pull up an article on my university library, I can send the citation to zotero, but I cannot seem to send the article too. What good is the citation if I do not have the article. I have been through the tutorials but nothing seem to work. I need to have my articles. What am I doing wrong?
  • Support for saving full-text HTML or PDF is dependent on the website you are saving from. If you are using a database that provides full-text and Zotero isn't capturing it, post the appropriate information here and we'll try to add support for full-text capture.

Also check that the "Automatically attach PDF attachments" option is checked in the Zotero preferences.
  • The site I am using is EBSCO, and yes the above is checked. I'm even having problems deleting my duplicates. It must be something I am doing wrong but I don't know what it is
  • Why do I need Zotero if all my PDF files still have to remain on my desktop
  • Actually, I think that the EBSCO translator does have problems with PDF saving. That will eventually be fixed, but I don't know when.
