Can't find DOI.js translator file, report ID# 1997954733

I am on page http://iopscience.iop.org/0305-4470/9/9/008 and try to add the paper to zotero, giving me the error message filed under report ID# 1997954733 about not being able to find the DOI.js file. I have checked: it is there, in the correct location.
