Special font for a certain author name?

In the bibliography, each reference may or may not contain the name of a certain author. What I want is whenever certain name appear, it is shown in a certain font or font style (for example, in bold). This may sounds unusual but is very useful in a C.V. when you want to highlight your own name. I tried my best but have no clue yet. Anyone have a suggestion on how to realize this?

    that's not something Zotero is designed to do and it's never going to support this.
    The easiest solution is to use search and replace in word/Ooo once you're done with editing.
