Windows 7 problem

One of our Zotero group users installed Windows 7. The search function in Zotero will not work. He is clicking on the magnifying glass icon (the advanced search function) and trying to search by creator. This feature simply will not function. He does not receive an error message. It just does not perform the search. Any solutions to this problem?

    No problems for me on Windows 7. The first thing to try is disabling other Firefox extensions, which might be interfering with Zotero. If that doesn't work, we'll need a report ID to troubleshoot the error further.

    Also, just in case, make sure he is clicking the magnifying glass button, and not the magnifying glass inside the quicksearch box.
