"not compatible with firefox 3.6.11"

I tried installing Zotero 2.0.9 but got an error message saying that it's "not compatible with firefox 3.6.11". I am running Firefox on a Windows 7 laptop.

Zotero is certainly compatible with 3.6.11, so this indicates a problem with your Firefox profile.
Try deleting
corrupt extension files
or try the Mozilla forums for further assistance.
