Upgrade StorageCapitalize Author with CSL1.0
I have been making alterations to the Harvard style which have all been successful except that I can't get the author's surname to render in capitals in the bibliography. Using <text macro="author" suffix="," text-case="uppercase"/> worked fine with Zotero 2.0.9, but not with v2.1 beta so I am assuming it is something to do with the different cls versions. I switched to v2.1 beta as I also need the 'et al' to be in italics.
Does anyone have any ideas to solve this? I'm computer literate but a bit of a novice with script and code, so I'll apologise in advance for my ignorance!
