superscripts subscripts
Many scientific citations that I utilize require subscripts and superscripts (e.g. H2O) and special characters (e.g. greek letters) but I do not know how to edit this within Zotero. I tried to edit the citation title in word and then copy and paste it back into Zotero without luck. I have looked through forums but I could not find a thread that lead to a solution. Some of the links to Zotero information in the threads from 2009 were no longer available. Of course I can edit these once they are in Word, but I would need to do this each time I make a bibliography and this is terribly inefficient. I would like to have the superscripts and special characters placed within the Zotero citation to avoid this. Is it possible? Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. With kind thanks.
Zotero supports UTF-8 text entry, which allows superscripts and subscripts, as well as greek characters. Copy/paste them or enter them manually; see also http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/843/diacritical-marks-in-notes/ and several other old threads.
