Upgrade Storagesyncing is not working

I've been coordinating several groups, and members who have recently joined report that they do not see the group library in their zotero pane. I created a new group today on my office computer, and the new group has still not shown up on my laptop zotero, and it's been quite a few hours. I've noticed that none of the changes to my personal library have 'synced' since friday. Is there a problem with syncing?
