Notes tab - Cue Card potential?

I'm using zotero to manage my entire reading list for my board exams (journals and text books). In addition to the library I've also stored each journal pdf as attachments using my webDAV (idisk). In efforts to remaining paperless, I intend to write summaries and notes for each journal using the notes tab. To review all these in journal club fashion, I'm trying to easily access or export the notes for each journal entry which will include the abstract (if available, or only title and author) as well as my notes. If not, I'm hoping someone will know of an easier way to study my entire journal library (using a cue card like system). If anyone else has achieved a similar paperless system I would love to hear it.
