Problem of french "et" in place of a "and" in an article

I am currently writing an article for PCCP and I manage the bibliography with Zotero. Although, my Windows 7, my Office 2007 and the language in my word document are set in English, I have a French "et" before the last author name in the bibliography. I would like to have an English "and". Is this due the fact I am using the French version of firefox and consequently the French version of Zotero. If it is the case, how can I overcome this problem?
