I love the idea behind this software, and excitedly began entering my research into it, but as soon as I tried to get anything out, I got stuck. When I tried to enter a citation into my Word Document, I ran into the error about an inability to update and something is undefined. I looked into the help files, but the only apparent solution was a reinstall of Word which I am not about to undertake right now. When I tried to simply generate a bibliography and do the rest manually I got errors saying an error occurred while trying to make the bibliography, please try again. Needless to say, i tried many different options and none seemed to produce any output.
I would appreciate any help you might have to offer as I hesitate to continue entering my information if I can't extricate anything in an orderly fashion, and will have to retype everything anyway.
