Cannot sync from my notebook
Error report id: 663610695
I have double checked my zotero password and change the location of my zotero profile (2x). I still get a slew of errors.
Win 7, Dell XPS M1210 (yes, it is old) w/ 2 gigs RAM, Zotero 2.0.9 and 2.1 beta 1
Why is Chrome mentioned in the error log? Yes I have Chrome installed on this computer too.
Help is appreciated.

"chrome" does not mean "Chrome".
I also just posted this message under a really old thread I started a long time ago.
Since I've never gotten Zotero to sync on this PC, I decided to try removing Firefox and all of its associated settings -- then reinstall everything. I just did this, and so far, syncing still does not work. The animated sync icon just spins forever in Zotero. Now, the error log I sent before is now empty. So I turned debugging on under Zotero Preferences, and submitted a debug log.
The Debug ID is D768560416
I am able to sync from my office and home desktop computers. Only this notebook has a problem.
Many thanks for the help.

In the zotero plug-in. click the add group button. This takes you to the zotero web page and prompts you to create a new group. Go ahead and create it, then manually sync the library. It is pure, wonderful magic.
I am very happy to FINALLY get this working. I have no idea why this works, but I don't really care.
