word plug-in not working with latest zotero update

The latest word plug-in was working perfectly until today when I received the latest Zotero update - then it stopped. It tells me that the word plug-in is not working because I do not have the latest versions of either Zotero, the word plug-in or both. I have installed the latest versions of both and it is still not working. I love this program, I need to fix it.....
