Upgrade StorageFiles missing on Zotero but available on web
All the items in my Zotero seems to have disappeared except for one folder. When I log in on the web, all my files--so far as I can tell--are in "My Library." Can someone help me restore my items to Zotero?
The problem seems to have begun when I noticed the ! symbol next to the "Sync" button. After I clicked it, it appears that there were some file duplication issues with a few of my files. After I selected the correct versions to save, Zotero started to sync. Following that, all my items disappeared except for items in one folder. All my other folders remain but are blank.

Make a backup of your Zotero data directory—before closing Firefox—and see if the problem goes away after restarting Firefox.
