OpenOffice citation format missing fields
I'm trying to put citations into a document using OOo 2.3, and Zotero 1.0.0rc5. Both of which seem great. Problem is, using Chicago Manual of Style footnotes, the reference should look as following:
Herbert Butterfield, The Origins of Modern Science, 1300-1800 (London: G. Bell, 1956), 43.
The next reference in the paper should be like this:
Butterfield, The Origins of Modern Science, 1300-1800, 64.
And the bibliography should look like this:
Butterfield, Herbert. The Origins of Modern Science, 1300-1800. London: G. Bell, 1956.
BUT each footnoted citation actually looks like this [though with correct italicization]:
Butterfield, The Origins of Modern Science, 1300-1800
And the bibliographical reference is [correct, except missing first name]:
Butterfield. The Origins of Modern Science, 1300-1800. London: G. Bell, 1956.
Is this problem unique to me, or is it universally present?
