My ID is 1367850359. I checked the "troubleshooting zotero data issues"page and everything seems to be ok. I saved all my data to an external harddrive, but I don't really want to reinstall zotero again. Anything suggestions what I could do instead?

Have you restarted your computer?

Also, nothing to do with your Zotero data itself—it's a plugin/document issue.
