How to handle "Zotero experienced an error updating your document"?

When I use the zotero MS Word Plug-in in MS 2007. The plug-in cannot work when I try to insert citation. It always indicate "Zotero experienced an error updating your document". Do you know how to solve this problem?

Many thanks. FYI, I use Chinese MS Word, and recently changed my file location of Zotero. I opend the link provided by you. It indicates that
"The solution is to remove the -no-remote command-line option from the shortcut used to launch the Firefox profile on which Zotero is installed. As long as all other profiles use the -no-remote option, you should be able to open them and the Zotero profile simultaneously."

Do you know "how to remove the -no-remote command-line option from the shortcut used to launch the Firefox profile on which Zotero is installed"? Thanks a lot
