Upgrade StorageSaved newspaper articles appear in library but not in right collection

Hello there,
I recently noticed that sometimes when I want to save a newspaper article (recently from the NY Times) into a collection in my library, the article gets saved into the main library but not into the particular collection I am in.
I dragged and dropped some articles from the main library into the respective collection afterwards, but I wonder whether this is just a bug.
When I restart Firefox anew, and try to save articles, it works as it should, most of the time anyway.
Did anybody else experience this bug?
