Style Error: Academy of Management Review (dev)

Hi,

There is a small error in the Book Section type in this style. There shoudl be a period after the pages range, but there is currently a comma.

E.g.,

Currently is:

Czarniawska, B., & Jeorges, B. 1996. Travels of ideas. In B. Czarniawska & G. Sevon (Eds.), Translating organizational change: 13-48, Berlin: de Gruyter.

Should be:

Czarniawska, B., & Jeorges, B. 1996. Travels of ideas. In B. Czarniawska & G. Sevon (Eds.), Translating organizational change: 13-48. Berlin: de Gruyter.
