File Sync Error

I am having a problem with synching the Zotero library on my desktop computer to my online library. It starts to sync, appears to hang up for a long period of time, then gives me "A file sync error occurred. Please restart Firefox and/or your computer and try syncing again." The report ID was: 207616871
