Error Report ID 661618749 Sync error

The explanation is "Invalid response retrieving file upload permission." This happened after I stored a copy of a Word file. The red sync error alert appeared, and I got the above message when I clicked on it. Since then, the green sync icon has appeared to work very briefly, but the red error icon pops back up with the same message.
