Upgrade StorageError - Cannot load component parts to communicate with word processor
Just switched over to a Mac and tried to install Zotero but received the following error using both versions 2.0 and 2.1
Firefox could not load the component required to communicate with your word processor. Please ensure that the appropriate Firefox extension is installed and try again.
Have tried loading and reloading, detecting, reinstalling etc......
I have the most up to date versions of the operating system, java etc...
Still get the same error.
Seems to be looking in the right spots for the component parts. Have tried to fiddle with files etc... but no success.
