Following up a week later: No response to my question?

Hi folks!

I'm sure you guys are busy making your awesome project even more awesome, but could someone take a look at the post I made a week ago and let me know if it's a non-issue, a work in progress, or something else? I'd like to let the library user who made the request know what the status is:
