Sync issues (Report ID 1765777311)

My libraries do not seem to sync. I have a continuous spinning sync icon (waited 3 hours, restarted, waited 3 hours again) and when I look in the web view of my libraries I see the following error message: "There was a problem loading collections. Please try again in a few minutes. " New documents do not show up in the web view.

Any suggestions what might caus this behaviour and how I can repair it?

    I show data on the server for you from a few days ago, and nothing queued at the moment. Is it spinning right now? If so, restart Firefox and try again, and post here when you do.

    Hello Dan,

    Well, things seem to work more or less normal now. The indicator keeps on spinning, but at least it now seems as if new documents do get uploaded. I haven't changed anything in my configuration since yesterday, so I have no clue why things do work now and didn't yesterday and the day before.

    The only issues is that the indicator continues to spin, so something is still broken. Any ideas?
