Communication issues
I'm really perplexed. I've been trying to get a response on a username query since Sept 11. Having bumped once and received no response, I started a new thread today, as most of the comments on the original thread were from users who wanted simply to delete their accounts and were not related to the original question. I received an email from you stating "No need to start a new discussion" - but not saying what I need to do in order to receive a response. I clicked the link to reply, but got "Some problems were encountered. The requested discussion could not be found." I can't respond to your email, as it comes from a "noreply" address. Dan, you have a terrific product and I appreciate that I can't expect much in the way of personal attention from a free service, but some indication of how I should proceed would be appreciated.

dstillmanThere's really no need to keep creating new threads . If someone has an answer for you (me or someone else), they'll answer on the original thread when they're able to.
This is an old discussion that has not been active in a long time. Instead of commenting here, you should start a new discussion. If you think the content of this discussion is still relevant, you can link to it from your new discussion.
