My wife has recently started at a university which shall remain nameless.

They are insisting that the students use Harvard style citations, but that authors names in the text should be all in upper case, but should be lower case in the bibliography. This they refer to as "British Standard Harvard"

I've searched in vain, for a suitable style in the repository. If anyone could suggest one I'd be grateful

I don't think that exists - do they maybe have a styleguide?
