Upgrade StorageTags don't fit when viewed in 800x600
I always use the 800x600 screen resolution. In the tag selector box, multiple tags are aligned in a row (as always), but often they don't fit in the window.
I would suggest the following solution(s):
- let the user make the tag selector as wide as needed (now inpossible at 800x600)
and/or
- make scroll bars appear (they do not at 800x600)
