Upgrade StorageSyncing library after new install on separate computer
hi, I just installed Zotero on my work computer and am having trouble syncing my data from my library. all of my folders and titles show up but none of the actual files are there. Additionally, I had to reinstall Firefox on my home computer (clean install, deleted user data) and am having the same issue. I went to preferences, typed in my login information for syncing and my files showed up and the hyperlinks are still there but the actual files with my highlighting and annotating cannot be found. The green circular arrow spins and I see a blue status bar which stops at 48-50% and says 0 kB downloaded and even after my 2900 files are so are all downloaded, I cannot access the snapshots when I double-click on my file that I saved in my library leaving me with the error message that says "the attached file could not be found...It may have been moved or deleted outside of Zotero." any way to get these back?
But annotations and highlights don't sync.
