Hi if i have 2 sources by the same author, how do i change the bibliography code to print the books by date DESCENDING?

zotero prints them in ascending order

thanks!

  • Well, the bigger question is if this is a bug that needs to be fixed.
  • thanks!
    I updated the xml.
  • I noticed that if I write something and then use the same source for chicago author date format, instead of printing Ibid, zotero prints the original source again. ex:

    Instead of this:
    aaaaaaa (Smith 1999, 23). bbbbbbb (Ibid., 25).

    Zotero prints this:
    aaaaaaa (Smith 1999, 23). bbbbbbb (Smith 1999, 25).

    Which is not correct.
What code can I change in the xml to correct this problem?

    Thanks!
  • Elena deals with the Chicago style - you can have a look at the csl of Chicago full note to see how "ibid" etc. works, but usually she's right about those types of things with respect to CMOS, so make sure to double check.
