Upgrade StorageRecovery of collection is impossible
1.If you delete a file from Zotero, it will appear in recycling bin. If you delete a collection it won't appear in recycling bin and you can kiss your collection goodbye.
2. If you recover a file from a recycling bin, Zotero won't tell you where it's gone (assuming that you forgot from which collection you deleted the file in the first place).
