How to report upated web site that incompatible with zotero?

I have a citation collection problem with new updated website for example
"http://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMra0907180" that zotero cannot detect citation data or some website cannot download attached PDF file. which way that i can report incompatible website?

first, you should spend some time searching the forum. There is, for example, already a thread on the NEJM translator. In that case you don't need to do anything.

Once you're pretty sure no one has reported this, make sure you have followed all these steps:
