split the data in diferent folders

Im working at softronics, we provide mydrive.ch
a free online storage service with webdav.

We had to deny folders with more than 1'000 files.
Otherwise our server load go extremely high.

Now we have support requests from many users who use zotero.
It's not working anymore.

So please we all will be grateful when you can make different folders with under 1'000 files each.
