search the forum (there have been half a dozen EBSCO related threads over the last two weeks)
or at least follow the link in the error message:

Akerlof's article, btw, is also on JSTOR, which works fine.
The weird thing is that Zotero worked on some article and on some not.
Also i find the experience of working on Jstore annoying, part to blame is my University, they use Proxy servers to access Jstore and do it in a bad way.
