Zotero won't open

I am getting an error message "There was an error starting zotero." I am using Mozilla in a windows platform and there is a yellow triangle with an exclamation point on top of the zotero logo. I have reinstalled mozilla and tried to reinstall zotero, but every time i try to reinstall zotero mozilla freezes and i have to shut down the browser. Any help you could provide would be great.

I followed the information in the "reporting start up errors" section of the link you posted and the error message went away. Thanks for your help!!!!
