Invalid output from server

We use a group library at work but also access it from home.
It repeadedly happend that we could not sync from our PCs at home.
Here is the Report ID: e675bc59a8 (or 431944908).
We suppose it is an overload of the Zotero Server at certain times of the day? We do not really think that our internet connection at home is the problem.

what can we do?

  • Can you provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt that generates the error?
  • I got this questions from a colleague a few days ago and all I got from her is in my last post. I am afraid we will be only able to as soon as it happens again.
  • OK. We'll need a Debug ID when it happens (assuming the error is repeatable on each sync) to be able to diagnose this.
