Adding from EBSCOhost Result Lists apparently broken

Starting just within the last few hours adding items from an EBSCOhost search result fails with a "Could not saved item" message. I can save from result lists on other sites, and can save from EBSCO's individual records. I was accesssing the ATLA database (which had been working fine for me 4 hours ago).
