Word 2007 plugin not showing

I've tried several times to install the Word plugin but it never appears in the Add-ins ribbon.

I've tried re-installing via Tools --> Add-ons --> Extensions --> WinWord --> Options --> Re-install but nothing happens.

I've done this with Word closed and restarted Firefox and opened Word but nothing. No error message, just . . . nothing.

Would appreciate and suggestions.

Thanks for responding but I tried manually installing zotero.dot in the Word Startup folder but it made no difference.

Actually zotero.dot was already in the Startup folder but I overwrote it to see if it made any difference. But it didn't.
