Not Syncing

Whenever I open zotero on my mac laptop, the sync arrow keeps turning and turning but never stops. I put my cursor over it and it says that the last sync happened 3 days ago. Also, I don't get a red exclamation mark. However, the zotero library on my laptop is not synced with the library on my pc desktop. Also, both computers do have the most current version of Zotero. How do I get them to sync together? I was cleaning out the library on my laptop before the new academic year starts and I would like those changes to be reflected on my desktop as well.

    Is this still an issue? Have you restarted Firefox?

    It's working now, but I'm not sure why. Before I did restart firefox and it was still doing that. Do you know how I can fix the issue if it happens again? Thanx.
