Lost link to original papers when importing from Endnote to Zotero

I exported my Endnote X2 library retrieved from ISI to RefMan (RIS). Then I imported into Zotero. Whenever I doubled click on a paper in Zotero I received following error: the URL is not valid and cannot be loaded
Plz help me with this. thx

I think you're running into a problem where Zotero and Endnote store link locations differently.

I'm trying to run the .vbs script that was recommended on the link posted by ajlyon, but I'm getting the following error:

"ActiveX component can't create object: 'UserAccounts.CommonDialog'"
Code: 800A01AD
Source: MS VBScript runtime error.

I have Windows 7 and I'm trying to change Endnote's pdf link to one that zotero will use.
anyone know anything about ActiveX?
