Style request: adapting BLOOD citation style
Can someone help me with adapting citation style of Blood.
Current style:
Lenhoff S, Hjorth M, Holmberg E, e.a. Impact on survival of high-dose therapy with autologous stem cell support in patients younger than 60 years with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma: a population-based study. nordic myeloma study group. Blood. 2000;95:7-11.
Journal requests:
Lenhoff S, Hjorth M, Holmberg E, et al. Impact on survival of high-dose therapy with autologous stem cell support in patients younger than 60 years with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma: a population-based study. Blood. 2000;95(1):7–11.
Differences:
Is should be et al. instead of e.a.
nordic myeloma study group. should not be in it
Journal name (blood in this case) should be in italic
2000;95:7-11. It should be: 2000;95(1):7–11. Issue number is missing.
Explanation of the journal:
Include the article title (capitalized sentence style and ending with a period), journal name (italicized and abbreviated according to Index Medicus), year (followed by a semicolon), volume number, issue number in parentheses (followed by a colon), and inclusive page numbers (followed by a period).
Begin each reference with the author list. List each author’s surname followed by a space and a set of initials closed up without periods; include a hyphen if applicable. Separate each author name with a comma; do not use and between any entries. If there are 1 to 6 authors, list all authors. If there are more than 6 authors, list the first 3 authors followed by et al.
This can all be found on: http://bloodjournal.hematologylibrary.org/authors/article_structure.dtl#author_list
All help would be appreciated.

On my side I got:
Lenhoff S, Hjorth M, Holmberg E, et al. Impact on survival of high-dose therapy with autologous stem cell support in patients younger than 60 years with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma: a population-based study. nordic myeloma study group. Blood. 2000;95:7-11.
Thus I got 'et al' as expected. I'm using Zotero 2.0.3 on Firefox 3.5.11 in English.
I guess this is driven by 'extensions.zotero.export.bibliographyLocale' firefox settings. See:
http://www.zotero.org/support/hidden_prefs#export_and_citation_settings
http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/2041/changing-language-settings-of-citation/
> nordic myeloma study group. should not be in it
On my side 'nordic myeloma study group' is not in italic. I don't know why you have italics here...
> Journal name (blood in this case) should be in italic
You are right. Fixed.
> 2000;95:7-11. It should be: 2000;95(1):7–11. Issue number is missing.
You are right again. Fixed. Both issues fix in this version:

As far I can see, this Zotero style has been use only once for an article in Blood thus I guess some details are missing. Thanks for reporting them.
Regards.
