I just uploaded a large research library from endnote (over 2700 items), adding to my zotero library. I noticed the red alert icon next to the sync button in zotero, and got an error report (2110414649) indicating that zotero cannot sync such a large library at this time. Is there anything that can be done about this? I did not realize the size of my library would be a problem here. I had just upgraded to a 1 MB storage plan, since clearly the free amount wasn't going to be enough for me.

There are no errors showing in there. What's the exact message you're getting?

I've been away the past week, and have just come back to this. I don't remember exactly what the previous error report said, but now I'm getting an error report reading: "Empty response from server. Please try again in a few minutes." This is after watching the sync button spin for an hour or more, and trying again several times over. Any insights you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
