Actions -> Update All Citations -- What does this do?

Hi - I've searched the documentation, but I don't see an entry for this...

When I click the Gear Icon, and select the "Update All Citations" item... what does this do?

"Update All Citations" is not something that exists in Zotero. You installed a third-party plugin.
