Upgrade StorageError for Site Translator for EBSCOhost, Report # 2098929811

Initially I was not able to save citations from CINAHL Plus With Full Text. The icon appears in the address bar, but when activated produces the error message "Could Not Save Item. An error occurred while saving this item. Check Known Translator Issues for more info." I have not had this problem with any of several other databases. I checked "Known Translator Issues" and confirmed my settings were correct. Did several restarts of everything with no luck, I also went to another database to confirm that I could still save citations from that one - and I could. Came back to CINAHL Plus and was suddenly able to save citations (not sure what made the difference) and it worked fine all of yesterday. Today I am unable to save citations on CINAHL Plus again. Tried everything again (and this time also turned off Norton Identity Security) but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
