Upgrade StoragePIER Translator
It would be very nice to get a translator for PIER (Progress in Electromagnetic Research) found at http://ceta.mit.edu/PIER. In all areas:

It would be great to be able import all citations and pdfs directly from each volume site (showing link to separate Abstract as well as PDF for each listed article -- exempli gratia http://ceta.mit.edu/PIER/pier.php?volume=107 ). Note, their domain will be changing soon, or so their site says.
