Cambridge Journals Fails to Download Citation

When I go to a Cambridge journal I am unable to download the citation.

For example, I go to

http://journals.cambridge.org.libproxy.lib.unc.edu/action/displayAbstract?fromPage=online&aid=6648168 (though it doesn't work if I bypass the campus proxy either)

I see the Zotero indicator in the address bar. When I hover over it it says "Save to Zotero (Cambridge Journals Online)

I click on the button, the download box on the bottom right shows up, is blank and then goes away. No download is ever completed.

Am running the newest Firefox and Zotero. No problems in JSTOR.

    For the last few days, attempts to export citations manually from Cambridge has led to the message: "The system cannot accommodate your request. We will try to remedy this as quickly as possible. Please try again later."

    I suspect the bug is on their end & that there is nothing Zotero can do.
